Senior Behaviour Specialist
Chadi has extensive experience in behaviour support having worked in both government and non-government disability services for in excess of 18 years.Studying a Psychology degree, Chadi first developed an interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis while at university. Upon graduating, he began working as a Senior Behaviour Therapist for the first Applied Behaviour Analysis School in Australia. During this time, Chadi sought further education and completed the Analysis and Assessment of Severe & Challenging Behaviour Course through the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis, under the direct instruction of Gary LaVigna PhD.
Chadi was then offered an opportunity to join Ageing, Disability and Home Care (FACS) in a senior clinical position within the Regional Behaviour Intervention Teams (RBIT). Chadi specialises in behaviour intervention with complex clients. Chadi also has keen interest in capacity sector development,hoping to share his years of experience to others.
