Consultant - Behaviour Support Specialist

Julian works for My Disability Practitioners on a contractor basis. Julian has completed training with the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis in Positive Practices in Behavioural Support and is experienced with implementation of behaviour support within both adolescent and day program services. Julian has worked for an industry leading day program that has been purpose built for use by people with complex behaviour support needs. Leading and coordinating a team challenged with complex behavioural needs ignited Julian’s passion in behaviour support. Julian is passionate about person-centred evidence-based behaviour support and assisting our participants to achieve the quality of life they deserve.

Julian has developed intensive, hands-on experience implementing behaviour support plans working face-to-face in day program services. Julian places emphasis on coaching during implementation of behaviour support strategies to ensure the people he works for achieve their NDIS goals.
