Nicholas is a registered Psychologist having completed a Bachelor of Psychology and Post-Graduate studies in Professional Psychology. Nicholas began his career working in the workplace rehabilitation sector. Having worked with a range of clients across all ages, Nicholas’ inclusive approach to psychological practice has a strong foundation in improving the quality of life of people with a disability.Having worked for many years as part of a multidisciplinary team, Nicholas has strengths in capacity building work to strengthen and build positive relationships and support meaningful engagement with those people in our care. Nicholas has extensive experience in encouraging and motivating his clients, and he is passionate about evidence based positive behaviour support. Nicholas takes great care in building trust with people he works for and he understands the needs of the person and the impact disability has on supports around them.
