Consultant - Behaviour Specialist
Saide works for My Disability Practitioners on a contractor basis. Saide is an Experienced Human Service and Mental Health Professional. Saide holds Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health Counselling, and Applied Behavioural Analysis. Saide has over 15 years’ experience working in the field of Disability and Mental Health in both Government and Non-Government sectors. Throughout her work experience, Saide has provided support plans to children, adolescents and adults. Saide is experienced with problematic behaviours, developing a skill set in the knowledge in the development and implementation of behavioural intervention strategies, risk management strategies and skills development plans.As well as providing specialist training and support to persons implementing such programs. Saide is a skilled counsellor she is compassionate and understanding, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with people in a collaborative way to achieve their goals. She is passionate about advocating for families, children, young people and adults with an intellectual disability. Saide joins My disability Practitioners to support our team and our clients in achieve better access and inclusion in society.
